2008 International Real Estate Capital Markets Conference

The First Annual International Real Estate Capital Markets Conference in 2008 drew a large audience of leaders throughout the real estate industry. The event featured keynote addresses delivered by Professor Carmen M. Reinhart, Professor of Economics, School of Public Policy and Department of Economics, University of Maryland and Professor Robert J. Shiller, Professor of Economics, Yale University, Professor of Finance, Yale School of Management. In addition, panel discussions were led by prominent voices from the industry including Joe Azrack, Apollo Global Management; Steve Wechsler, NAREIT; Doug Weill, Hodes Weill and Associates; David Twardock, Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation; Jonathan Litt, Land & Buildings Investment Management; and Steve P.
