Welcome to the International Real Estate Capital Markets Conference.

In response to the current challenging economic conditions for real estate capital markets, Columbia Business School and Goodwin Procter have partnered to present the 2010 International Real Estate Capital Markets Conference. This event focuses on the new world order of debt and equity markets. How have they changed, and how are they likely to evolve? What does this mean for the real estate industry, and what are the best strategies for the industry in raising debt and equity capital moving forward?

The conference is expected to draw an audience of 200-250 senior (chief, director and partner level) real estate executives and thought leaders from the real estate industry, including those who represent real estate investment managers and operators, REITs, investment banking firms and placement agents and institutional real estate investors.

Join us for an address by keynote speaker Frederic S. Mishkin, Alfred Lerner Professor of Banking and Financial Institutions at Columbia Business School, followed by two panel sessions consisting of several preeminent leaders in the real estate capital markets industry discussing pertinent issues involving debt and equity capital markets.
