Austin Wang is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.
Professional Activities
Mr. Wang is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, Boston Bar Association, Boston Patent Law Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.
Publications/Presentations
While attending law school, Mr. Wang was Lead Articles Editor of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Wang was a full-semester intern to the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Bar and Court Admissions
Mr. Wang is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
