Alison Wais, an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group, represents clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including financing, development, and sales and acquisitions. Ms. Wais joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
