Marian Tse, a partner in and chair of the firm’s ERISA/Employee Benefits Practice, focuses primarily on executive compensation matters. She is a former member of Goodwin Procter’s Executive Committee.

Work for Clients

Ms. Tse’s practice focuses primarily on executive compensation matters. She also advises clients on employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, ESOPs, ERISA fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues, the benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and health and welfare plans.

Professional Activities

Ms. Tse is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s ERISA Committee, the New England Employee Benefits Council, the Employee Benefits Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. She is a former chair of the Pension and Benefits Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association Employment Law Section. Ms. Tse serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Boston Legal Services, and is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America.

Publications/Presentations

Ms. Tse has been a frequent panelist at seminars, including those presented by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Federal Tax Institute and other professional organizations. She is also one of the contributing authors to Massachusetts Corporate Practice, a publication of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
