Bruce Tribush, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance, development and investment.
Work for Clients
Mr. Tribush represents commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities, construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt transactions, loan participations and loan restructurings; owners and developers in the acquisition, financing and development of real estate; owners, developers, lenders, design professionals and construction professionals in design and construction matters; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions; and institutional and private investors in debt and equity real estate investments.
Professional Activities
Mr. Tribush is an active member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section, a member and former co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Construction Law Committee, a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Steering Committee, and a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry. Mr. Tribush has lectured on design and construction matters for CLE International and the Boston Bar Association. He has been listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers as one of the leading real estate lawyers in Massachusetts.
