Andy Sucoff is a partner in and co-chair of Goodwin Procter's Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. He has represented REITs, institutional investors and lenders, pension fund advisors, underwriters, commercial and retail tenants, developers, commercial banks, and other owners and operators of commercial real estate on a wide variety of complex commercial real estate matters throughout the country. Mr. Sucoff is a member of the firm's Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Investment Management and Real Estate Leasing Practices.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Sucoff has extensive experience on transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family properties, assisted living facilities, industrial properties and hotels. He has represented various clients with multi-state acquisition, leasing, financing and disposition programs and also regularly represents corporate clients on a wide range of real estate related matters.

Mr. Sucoff is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations as well as the Real Estate Finance Association and the Massachusetts Conveyancer’s Association. He is also a member of Goodwin Procter’s hiring committee.
