Andy Sucoff is a partner in and co-chair of Goodwin Procter's Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. He has represented REITs, institutional investors and lenders, pension fund advisors, underwriters, commercial and retail tenants, developers, commercial banks, and other owners and operators of commercial real estate on a wide variety of complex commercial real estate matters throughout the country. Mr. Sucoff is a member of the firm's Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Investment Management and Real Estate Leasing Practices.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Sucoff is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations as well as the Real Estate Finance Association and the Massachusetts Conveyancer’s Association. He is also a member of Goodwin Procter’s hiring committee.
