Justin Sternberg is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate, REITs and Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Mr. Sternberg concentrates his practice on the formation and management of a variety of real estate private investment funds, partnerships, joint ventures and other real estate operating companies. He also assists these funds in the purchase, sale and financing of real estate and real estate-related assets. Mr. Sternberg joined Goodwin Procter in 2011.

WORK FOR CLIENTS

Mr. Sternberg represents a variety of financial institutions, such as sponsors of investment funds, investment banks and commercial banks, as well as issuers, underwriters, joint ventures, REITs, partnerships, other public and private real estate operating companies and investors in a variety real estate transactions.

Mr. Sternberg is a member of the New York Bar Association.
