Justin Silberberg, an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department, practices in general corporate law with an emphasis on leveraged finance, private equity mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Silberberg joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.

WORK FOR CLIENTS

Mr. Silberberg’s practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial financing transactions and on private equity clients and their portfolio companies. He has advised clients on a range of corporate and financing matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, first and second lien credit facilities, subordinated financing and general corporate governance.

Mr. Silberberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Silberberg worked as a computer programmer for Morgan Stanley, where he concentrated on the computing needs of the firm’s derivatives clients, traders and back-office personnel.
