MEDIA
Mr. Scanlan is the author of “Admissibility of Financial Restatements in Securities Fraud Cases,” which was presented to a Boston Bar Association panel discussion of securities fraud in February, 2009. He is also the author of “The Battle Over the Scope of Work Product: the Status of ‘In Anticipation of Litigation’ After United States v. Roxworthy,” which was published in Georgetown University Law Center’s The Tax Lawyer (Winter 2007).
