Elizabeth Read is the firm’s Director of Operations - West Coast, resident in the San Francisco office. In that role she is responsible for overseeing administrative and strategic operations in the California offices. Ms. Read joined Goodwin Procter in 2000 as Manager of the Corporate Department and later became Director of Practice Areas, responsible for implementing the practice area structure and providing administrative support to the firm’s practice areas and specialty groups. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter she was in private practice in Massachusetts and California. Ms. Read is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
