Bruce Rader, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Private Equity Practice, has considerable experience in the areas of leveraged buyouts, mezzanine and other debt financings and representation of privately-held companies. Mr. Rader has been recognized as a New York “Super Lawyer” for 2007, 2008 and 2009.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter in 2006, Mr. Rader was a partner in the New York office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where he served as co-coordinator of the corporate department for eight years.
