Christopher Price, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, practices in all areas of commercial real estate law, representing domestic and foreign investors, fund sponsors, institutional real estate advisors and investment banks and commercial banks.
Work for Clients
Mr. Price represents United States and offshore clients, such as institutional investors, real estate funds and public and private companies, in all of their real estate industry needs, including purchases and sales, financing, joint ventures and entity-level investments. Recently completed transactions include: - Representation of a U.S. institutional investment advisor in a strategic joint venture with a large developer and manager of multi-family properties.
- Representation of a U.S. and U.K.-based investment fund in separate joint ventures to develop, acquire and operate retail, multi-family and office assets.
- Representation of a U.S. opportunity fund in an investment program with an operating partner to acquire and operate office buildings in major metropolitan markets.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Price was a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at King & Spalding.
