Tuan Pham, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, is an industry-recognized specialist in the overlap between real estate and public finance. He has particular expertise in the area of tax-exempt multifamily housing, and real estate acquisitions and sales subject to bond financing. Mr. Pham currently serves as the firm’s West Coast hiring partner.
Work for Clients
Mr. Pham has played an integral part in the acquisition, development and sale of numerous multifamily housing developments throughout the country. He advises developers on the multitude of issues that arise during the course of multifamily transactions, such as issues relating to real estate law and finance, entity structuring, tax-exempt bond law, low income housing tax credit law, and state-specific concerns such as California’s community redevelopment laws and affordable housing preservation laws.

Mr. Pham is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

In 2006, Mr. Pham was recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Los Angeles magazine. In 2005, he was selected by Real Estate Southern California magazine as one of the top “40 Under 40” most successful and youngest stars of the Southern California real estate industry.
