Mark Opper, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, has significant experience in a broad range of real estate and private equity fund formations, public and private securities offerings, and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Opper joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Opper has advised domestic and international real estate and private equity funds in all aspects of the fund formation process and the preparation and negotiation of fund formation and investment documents. He has also represented a number of public and private companies in a wide variety of industries in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Opper is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
