Nicole S. Naghi is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on general commercial and class action litigation. Ms. Naghi joined Goodwin Procter in 2011.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Ms. Naghi has worked on a variety of litigation issues in the financial, real estate and commercial industries. Her experience includes extensive motion practice, client counseling and discovery.

Ms. Naghi is a member of the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. She is also a member of the LGBT Bar Association.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Naghi was an associate in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP. She was also an extern to the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
