Siobhan Murphy is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Ms. Murphy’s primary focus is in the Real Estate Investment Management Practice, where she specializes in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales and debt and equity financing. She joined the firm in 2001.

Work for Clients

Ms. Murphy represents professional real estate investors in investments in a variety of real estate assets, including office, apartment, condominium, retail, and hospitality assets around the country. Her clients include insurance companies, pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, banks and foreign investors investing through a variety of complex structures, including joint ventures, mezzanine loans and merger transactions. Ms. Murphy’s work for clients in connection with these investments includes acquisition, disposition, and construction and permanent financings.

Professional Activities

Ms. Murphy is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. She has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

While in law school, Ms. Murphy was an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.
