Katherine Murphy is a counsel in the firm’s Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group, specializing in the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions. Ms. Murphy has extensive experience negotiating lease documents for office, retail, industrial, laboratory and bio-tech space throughout the United States.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ms. Murphy is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She served as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Leasing Committee from 2009-2011.
