Wilson Lo is a counsel in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Corporate Group. He is a resident of the firm's Hong Kong office.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Lo’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital market transactions. He regularly advises private equity clients in connection with their investments and exits (including public listings in Hong Kong and the United States and trade sales) in China and across Asia. He has experience across a diverse range of business sectors, with particular experience in energy, financial services, media, real estate and technology. He also has experience in advising on fund formation and acquisition finance transactions.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Lo is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Law Society of Hong Kong. He is also a Solicitor & Barrister in New South Wales (Australia) and a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Lo worked as a senior associate for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Hong Kong. While at Cleary, Mr. Lo was seconded to its Beijing office for two years in 2009 and 2010.
