Lauren Lebioda is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. She represents a wide range of clients in connection with the formation, capitalization and implementation of private investment vehicles, partnerships, joint ventures and other transaction structures as well as the purchase, sale and financing of real estate assets. Ms. Lebioda joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.
