Daniel Lang is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies and Securities & Corporate Finance Practices, where he focuses on representation of technology, life sciences and clean technology companies. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2008.
Mr. Lang has experience in several areas of corporate practice with a focus on venture capital, corporate finance and securities, capital markets transactions and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate counseling.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Lang advises a full range of public and private companies on a wide variety of matters, including company formations, seed, venture and growth equity financings, M&A transactions, capital markets transactions and compliance, and corporate governance. He represents companies in diverse industries such as digital media, entertainment, software, Internet, mobile, online advertising, broadband infrastructure, security and enterprise services, telecommunications, biotech, medical technology and clean tech, as well as the venture capital and financial service firms that focus on these companies.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Lang was an associate in the New York office of Heller Ehrman.
