Anna Kuznetsova is an associate in the firm’s Tax Practice. Ms. Kuznetsova’s practice includes work on the tax aspects and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, formation of and investments by private equity funds, and real estate transactions, including organization and operation of REITs. Her experience also includes requests for private letter rulings from the IRS. Ms. Kuznetsova joined Goodwin Procter in 2003.
