Jeff Klein, a partner in the firm’s Technology Transactions Practice and Technology Companies Group, concentrates on technology and intellectual property transactions, providing intellectual property support to corporate transactions and counseling clients on the acquisition, protection, management and leveraging of technology and intellectual property.
