James Kasinger, a partner in the firm’s Technology Companies, Corporate and Private Equity Groups, concentrates in general corporate and securities laws and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity securities, public offerings, securities law compliance and technology transfer and strategic licensing. Mr. Kasinger represents companies in all stages of development, from start-up through initial public offering or acquisition.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Kasinger was a member of the Business Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston.
