Martin Healy, a partner and chair of Goodwin Procter’s Real Estate Development & Permitting Practice, practices primarily in acquisition, due diligence and permitting advice for complex development projects.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Healy serves on the Board of Editors of the Boston Bar Journal, and taught Land Use Planning and Development Law at Boston College Law School from 1984 to 1986.
MEDIA
Mr. Healy is the editor of, and a contributing author to, the Massachusetts Zoning Manual (MCLE, 1989, revised 1992, 1995, 1999, 2002 and 2007). In addition, he is a frequent lecturer and author for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Healy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
