Valerie Haggans is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on white collar crime and government investigations, and products liability. Ms. Haggans joined Goodwin Procter in 2008.

In January 2009, Ms. Haggans assisted with the research and drafting of “Limiting, Clawing Back Executive Pay in the Wake of Financial Bailout,” an article co-authored by two Goodwin Procter attorneys that was published in the New York Law Journal.
