Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Galvez was a real estate transactions associate in the San Francisco office of Cooley Godward LLP. Before that, she maintained a general corporate transactions practice, specializing in corporate securities matters, in the Palo Alto office of Cooley Godward LLP.

Ms. Galvez is admitted to practice in California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
