Arthur Greenberg is a Senior Advisor at Goodwin Procter, working with the firm’s Legal Recruitment team to help law school students, faculty and administrators understand law firm economics. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of “The Business of Law” and “Law Firm Economics.” His presentations focus on trends in the industry, how law firms are adjusting to these trends, and how these trends may affect law students contemplating private practice in a law firm.

Mr. Greenberg retired as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer in October 2014. He joined Goodwin in 1996. As COO, he oversaw the firm’s business, financial and administrative operations. He also served on Goodwin’s Executive and Management Committees. Prior to his tenure at Goodwin Procter, Mr. Greenberg was VP-Finance and Administration at CSC Index, an international consulting firm, and previous to that he was Chief Financial Officer at Hale and Dorr, an AmLaw 100 law firm based in Boston. Mr. Greenberg received his M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Brown University.
