Tony Feeherry is a partner in the Litigation Department at Goodwin Procter and co-chair of its Commercial Litigation Practice. He has served on the firm’s Executive Committee and was co-chair of its Litigation Department from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Feeherry’s diverse trial and appellate practice has included general corporate, antitrust, employment-related cases (including trade secret, non-solicitation and non-competition disputes), majority-minority shareholder and partnership disputes, securities class actions and various cases involving the financial services industry. He also has extensive experience with alternate dispute resolution procedures including mediation and commercial arbitration.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Feeherry has been active for many years in municipal affairs and served on the Conservation Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Salem, MA, and as chair of the Planning Board and as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Wenham, MA.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Feeherry served as law clerk for the Honorable James L. Oakes, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, 1974-1975.
