Tim Courville, an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions. Mr. Courville also practices in the area of real estate design and construction law, representing owners, developers, lenders, architects and contractors.

Mr. Courville is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry.

While in law school, Mr. Courville served as Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review.
