Yvonne Cristovici is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of its White Collar Crime & Government Investigations Practice and Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement Practice. She represents individuals and corporations in connection with white collar criminal and regulatory investigations, internal corporate investigations and complex business and securities litigation. Ms. Cristovici also represents indigent defendants in criminal cases in both state and federal courts.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Cristovici was an associate in the Business and Securities Litigation Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City. In 2000-2001, she served as law clerk to the Hon. Justice Alice Desjardins of the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada.
