Anthony Cataldo is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. Mr. Cataldo joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Cataldo has been involved in patent litigation in a broad variety of fields including computer software and hardware, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. He has also been involved in trademark litigation in Federal District Courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Cataldo has experience in trademark prosecution and policing and has assisted clients in managing global trademark prosecutions.
BAR AND COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Cataldo is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Eastern District of Texas and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
