Brad Bugdanowitz is the chair of Goodwin Procter LLP's San Francisco office, a partner in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity and Technology Companies and Life Sciences Groups. Mr. Bugdanowitz focuses his practice on merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings and corporate governance. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2008.
Mr. Bugdanowitz represents a variety of public and private corporations and limited partnerships in various industries including pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer products, energy, manufacturing and new media. He has worked with clients in structuring and executing minority and control investments, acquisitions, dispositions and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Recently completed transactions include representing JMI Equity in its investment in Paradigm Ltd.; NIKE in its strategic partnership with DyeCoo Textile Systems B.V.; Blackhawk Network in its acquisition of Cardpool; and Anthera Pharmaceuticals in its IPO and subsequent equity offerings.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Bugdanowitz serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Outward Bound School.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Bugdanowitz was partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
