Marijane Benner Browne is the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration and oversees all aspects of the firm’s recruitment and subsequent integration of lateral partners to the firm. Ms. Benner Browne joined Goodwin Procter in 2006 following 16 years at Bingham McCutchen where she was a partner in the bank finance group, served as National Hiring Partner, co-headed the professional development programs and played integral roles in diversity and pro bono efforts. She currently serves as a trustee of Bowdoin College and Vice Chair of the Boston Lawyers Group, and is a former Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Public Service Committee. Ms. Benner Browne received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Harvard Law School and was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. She graduated from Bowdoin College (summa cum laude) and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during her junior year.
