Leading by Example Since 1998, Goodwin Procter has been led by Regina M. Pisa, a woman recognized as one of the nation’s most effective law firm leaders. As chairman and managing partner of the firm, she is highly committed to the advancement of women at Goodwin Procter. With her strong support, we have formed an active task force whose focus is to maximize opportunities for women at the firm.
Active Involvement Goodwin Procter’s Women’s Initiative was established to provide opportunities for women at all stages to network with each other and with other women in the industry, and to address relevant topics such as professional development, training, career growth, business development and work-life balance. Our Women’s Initiative task force comprises women and men professionals across all offices and areas of the firm.
