The Goodwin Diversity Fellowships

Investing in Future Leaders
Each year, the Goodwin Diversity Fellowship program recognizes several high-achieving second-year law students of color with awards of $15,000 each. The goal of the fellowships is to promote diversity in the legal profession and at our firm. Fellowship winners may apply their award toward any law school-related expense and are not required to accept an offer of employment from Goodwin Procter.

In September 2007, we launched jointly with our client, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (the largest corporation domiciled in Massachusetts – Fortune 90), the Goodwin MassMutual Diversity Fellowship, which will annually provide an award of $15,000 to one qualified law student of color.

Apply for a Goodwin Diversity Fellowship
If you’re a second-year law student of color who is applying for a summer associate position with Goodwin Procter, you’re eligible to apply for a Goodwin Diversity Fellowship or a Goodwin MassMutual Diversity Fellowship.
