in the sale of capital stock in Ziff Davis to j2 Global Inc.
for approximately $175 million cash.
Ziff Davis is a leading all-digital media company specializing in the technology market, reaching more than 50 million in-market buyers every month. Ziff Davis’ sites include PCMag.com, ExtremeTech, Geek.com and LogicBUY.com.

is a middle-market private equity firm with more than 50 portfolio company investments including Credibility Corp., Wayfair.com, Passport Healthcare and Latisys Corp.
