Goodwin Procter’s Los Angeles office opened in 2006. Our Los Angeles-based attorneys focus primarily on real estate, acquisitions, sales, leasing, public and project finance, development, investment and restructuring, as well as real estate investment management and fund formation. Our LA attorneys also concentrate on corporate matters, especially in the areas of nanotechnology, life sciences and renewable energy, and represent public companies in connection with IPOs, public equity and debt offerings, and PIPE transactions – with an emphasis on emerging growth and middle-market issuers.
Our Downtown LA office has an urban cultural feel. Wilshire Boulevard and the 110 freeway are close by. A variety of entertainment options are offered at Staples Center and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. It’s an easy walk to the LA Public Library, where the farmers’ market opens every Wednesday.
