For the past ten years, Regina M. Pisa has led Goodwin Procter as chairman and managing partner of the firm. She is highly committed to the advancement of women, not only at the firm, but in the field of law. With her support and guidance, we have formed the Women’s Initiative, a task force designed to maximize networking and career opportunities for women at the firm. Our Women’s Initiative task force includes women and men, partners and associates, from every office and every department. WI-sponsored workshops and seminars address relevant topics such as professional development, training, career growth, business development and work-life balance.
We’re proud of our accomplishments in promoting gender equality within the firm. And according to Working Mother magazine we're leading the way: Goodwin Procter is in the 99th percentile of law firms that include women in leadership positions.
