It all comes together in Goodwin Procter’s Patent Prosecution & Counseling practice. Our Science Advisor Program offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic cross-practice team. We are devoted to procuring and enforcing patent rights, determining the rights of others, and handling infringement claims. We also develop and implement patent procurement, management, and exploitation policies to increase the value of our clients’ intellectual property assets. Our practice includes litigators, transaction lawyers, patent attorneys, and, of course, scientists. We cover the cost of law school tuition and books for Science Advisors who are enrolled in a law school evening program. In addition, we offer:
- Reimbursement for the costs associated with the Patent Bar preparation course and materials
- Reimbursement for the costs associated with the Patent Bar exam
- Eligibility for a bonus upon passing the Patent and Trademark Office Registration Exam
