Paralegal

Expand your opportunities.

Much of our overall success depends on well-educated, highly skilled paralegals who add significant value to the services we provide. Goodwin Procter paralegals work on a variety of cases in a collegial environment that fosters and supports professional growth. As a paralegal here, you’ll find state-of-the-art technology, ongoing internal training and mentoring, and continuing education opportunities.

Goodwin Procter seeks individuals who bring practical skills and personal initiative to complex legal challenges, and a sense of camaraderie to our team. We do our best to match you with the office, department, practice area, and client issues that are best suited to your legal talents and interests.

Paralegals have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of experience in a particular area of legal practice, and an exceptional performance record. Senior paralegals have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in a particular area of legal practice, and an outstanding performance record.

Goodwin Procter offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing professional development. We encourage paralegals to utilize in-house training programs, off-site seminars and classes, and individualized, topical "hands-on" opportunities to learn from mentors and lawyers. In addition, we support our paralegals’ participation in local and national professional associations.
