Goodwin’s Private Equity team advised B&Capital though its portfolio company Galaed Group on the acquisition of PROLED Group, a leading player in the LED lighting industry in Germany, Belgium and Austria, from Perusa and PROLED’s founders.
Galaed Group is a major player in the LED lighting industry in Europe. This acquisition strengthens Galaed’s position in the European B2B lighting markets and enables it to achieve a consolidated turnover of €140 million.
